UX DESIGN, UI DESIGNMy Refugee Claim is an online resource for refugee claimants to get informed, connected, and prepared. We worked with Kinbrace Community Society to design and build the website.

UX Design
We worked on a detailed sitemap and a clear content hierarchy to best organize and make accessible all the legal resources. The main part of the website is organized in eight sections, each being a step in the user journey. The refugee claimant can use them to understand where they are in the process, learn what they should do and prepare for the next step.
UI Design
We designed the website around Andrea’s illustrations and colour palette. The characters throughout the website and the earthy tones add a welcoming and friendly feeling to the resource. We used the colours to help identify the eight sections and to highlight important informations.
